How does the risk-free 14-day trial work?
Every lift chair we sell comes with a 14-day risk free trial. The trial period starts on the day you receive your lift chair, not the day you order it! So you truly do get 14 days to try before you buy. If at any time during your 14-day trial period you are unsatisfied with your lift chair, just gives us a call at (855) 488-4357 or email us at info@americasliftchair.com to request a return. We’ll then refund your deposit and any payments you may have made, and coordinate having your lift chair picked up. It’s really that easy!

I’ve decided to finance my lift chair purchase. When do my monthly payments start?
Your monthly payments start on your first recurring payment date after you receive your lift chair. Sometimes these payments are scheduled during the 14-day risk-free trial period. If you happen to make a monthly payment during your trial and then decide to return your lift chair while still in the trial period, any and all payments you’ve made will be refunded.
